Enrolment in the Militia Immaculatae - Rockdale

On Sunday, 15 September, the Church of the Child Jesus & St Joseph in Rockdale, NSW held an enrolment ceremony for the Militia Immaculatae. It was the 14th Sunday after Pentecost with a commemoration of the Seven Sorrows of Our Lady. During the sung Mass, the sermon given by Fr. Benjamin Campbell, which served as the allocution, directed the faithful to the consideration of the generous sacrificial love necessary for us to console the Sorrowful Heart of Mary. After the Mass, 9 of the faithful presented themselves to join the M.I. At the same time, many of the actual members renewed their consecration to Our Lady.
